The Challenge
Google needed to generate excitement for Gemini's integration into Workspace by transforming a cloud-native product into a tangible experience. The challenge: create a unique, hands-on event that would inspire social sharing and drive conversation among small business owners while demonstrating AI's practical benefits.

We focused on making AI feel human. Instead of highlighting technical capabilities, we showcased how Gemini enhances workplace productivity through relatable scenarios and interactive demonstrations, making the technology approachable and relevant to everyday business challenges.

We created a photo-worthy experience bringing AI into immersive interactions. Alongside inspiring keynotes, we designed elevated product demos featuring competitive escape rooms that simulated real-world scenarios like NYC subway navigation.
Every element demonstrated Gemini's powerful capabilities while encouraging the 280+ attendees to share their experiences.
